Canadian Safe Boating Council and advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi have released this hilarious video spot.
This is a tongue-in-cheek PSA about baoting and drinking. While everyone knows about the perils of driving under an influence, the company raises awareness about enjoying alcoholic beverages on boat. The spot features a guy who changes into a criminal and takes a frog as a hostage.
