TGR FItness is a newly opened gym in Des Moines on SW 5th Street near Principal Park. They are awesome and are trying to cater to the needs of the training ninjas that exist in this area. Last night I went for an open gym session for about an hour and had a very fun time playing on the obstacles they have available. A few months ago, they hosted a small competition, first of its kinda around here, similar to the tv show, and are continuing to add obstacles for each new event.
